- To Level Frame of Manufactured Home:
Unwind the length of tubing needed, (in most cases fully unwind). Place the reel on its side, (the reservoir may be removed from the reel if necessary). Place the display on the bottom lip of the frame where you want to start and level the remainder of the frame to this reading.
- To Check Floor for Level:
At floor level: Unwind the length of tubing needed, (it is not necessary to fully unwind). Remove the reservoir from the side of the reel and place flat on floor. All other readings will be in relation to this point.
Using a tripod/monopod: Unwind the length of tubing needed. Place reel on it's side on a countertop or table, (the reservoir may be removed and used separately from the reel if necessary). Choose a location in the house that will be your reference. At this location raise or lower the monopod or tripod until the display reads 0.0 All other readings will be in relation to this point.
This level can also be used inside the home from side to side or room to room, as well as on an empty lot to tell how high on end of the home will be compared to the other end.
This level also works well on
footers, foundations, sub-grades, concrete pads, decks, etc..
